At Sukriti organics, we pride ourselves for producing the highest quality A2 Gir Cow Ghee. Sukriti organics A2 Gir Cow cultured ghee is made with fresh A2 grade milk procured from purebred, free-grazed Gir Cows of Gujarat. The milk is brought to a boil and left to naturally cool down to room temperature. It is then inoculated with natural starter culture and left overnight to make curd. The curd is churned using ancient process of 'Bilona' - slow churning in clockwise and anticlockwise direction which separates white butter from buttermilk. This white butter then goes through slow cooking process which turns this white butter into the golden elixir we call Pure Desi Ghee/Clarified butter.
